my friend michon came over and we got ready for a school dance! the theme was dancing through the ages. so we dressed up in......well of course... CLOGGING COSTUMES! one of my roommates friends did my hair and we got all dolled up went to the dance! may i add that almost every other girl was in a formal gown! lol! and we both didn't have dates so we were dancing like crazy and i really got out of my comfort zone and it a BLAST! michon then got asked to dance and so i went to the side of the dance floor because i felt dumb standing all by myself and i saw alan working at the sound system place so i went over to him. i didn't realize how much went into the sound thing. you have to pay close attention to who is playing when and making sure their microphone is good or whatever. he kind of showed me how it worked. long story short, we ended up dancing two songs in a row and he is a pretty good dancer! he asked me where i got my vest, and i said that it was a clogging costume. he said, then you must know my roommate, i asked, 'whos that?' and he said, 'ryan dutson' yup sure enoguh i know him. i clogged with him on the team last year. so ya we talked a lot while dancing and it was so much fun!
the funnest part of the night was just dressing up with my friend and just being crazy! here are a few pictures of michon and i before and after the dance. gotta love those clogging costumes!
