Good date!

so i just got back from my date with jaimon and it went really well! it was really easy to talk to him and we have a lot in common. and here's a plus, we were also able to laugh and flirt :) we got there really early and had a blanket so we played phase ten and listened to music from my ipod. then we tried making a cabin out of the pretzel sticks that we had and we failed miserably. ha. then the fireworks started and we had an amazing view! we were able to lie down on the blanket and look up at the sky and watch them. and we listened to some music on my ipod at the same time. when we got back to rexburg he walked me to my door and asked if i wanted to do something on sunday. so we're going to play games or do something. and then he gave me a hug, which was cool because he actually initiated it. a lot of the guys i have dated have not initiated the hug. so that was impressive. instead of going through the front door, he got a running start and went through the window that is in our hall. it was really funny because he didn't realize that there was about a foot drop to the ground and he not so gracefully fell through. ha. we were able to laugh about it though. anyways. it was a pretty good first date. and of what i know of him, i do like him.

i hope everyone had a really good 4th of july!!!

tomorrow my roommate, marcie, is getting married!!! so i'm going up to the temple to see her when she and her husband come out.
